Who We Are

Daniel Simpson, CPM, Broker, Owner

 Daniel Simpson is a Certified Property Manager® and a licensed Real Estate Broker with more than 25 years of experience in commercial, residential, and multifamily property management. Most recently, Daniel has specialized in the identification, acquisition, and management of C and B class value and assets throughout Texas and the southeastern United States. Daniel also served as Regional Vice President of Texas for The Michaelson Group and as a Senior Regional Manager for The NRP Group overseeing a 37 property portfolio of new construction, Class A, and Tax Credit properties throughout Texas. Previously, Daniel was responsible for renovation and capital improvement projects for a 49 property portfolio. In this role, he managed more than 10 million dollars per year in work including “to the stud” renovation projects, Green Retrofit Projects, NSB funded renovations and acquisitions. An active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management Chapter 48, he has also served his communities on the Planning and Zoning Commission and TIRZ Boards.  

Nicholas Simpson, Property Manager and Social Media

Duties include managing properties, all social media, Google Ads and Google My Business, websites, and other day to day tasks. Frequently uses SEO and SERP optimization 

Shay Ramirez, Renovations and Capital Project Director

With over 16 years experience in Property Management, Shay brings a wealth of knowledge and skills that are constantly being put to good use. Shays responsibilities include management of current on-site projects, planning and development of new capital projects, Multi Family unit renovations/retrofits, process improvements, providing support to other departments including maintenance and operations in developing projects. Shay facilitates the collection and due diligence of asset acquisition, objectives and expectations. Other responsibilities include finding and procuring vendors, contractors and supplies, coordinating and facilitating scheduling, as well as negotiating pricing to ensure the budget and project guidelines are met.
